Splish Splash I was Taking a Bit Reduction and Dithering Around.


First dithered, then undithered (in GraphicConverter) of numbers of colors: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 38, 44, 50, 56, 62, 70, 78, 86, 92, 100, 108, 116, 124, 134, 144, 154, 164, 174, 184, 194, 208, 220, 232, 244, 256, according to the color profile. It should be obvious what this is. Or not. This is an educational video I prepared for class, so I hope I haven’t crossed any lines. I knew someone who did that, but were got our lines crossed and we didn’t know what crack the other was on. More like fissures, then seizures, then...

It looks a lot nice and less familiar normal color-inverted, so if you have a Mac and haven’t heard of ⌃⌥⌘-8, now is the time.
